Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your ValeriaVH pieces. If something is not right, this policy explains how to return it. It applies to orders placed for delivery within the United Kingdom, and it sits alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Your 14-Day Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, for any reason and without penalty. To exercise this right, let us know within that period by emailing info@rrigamonti.com with your order number.
Once you have told us you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
How to Return an Item
- Email info@rrigamonti.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- We will reply with the return address and simple instructions.
- Repackage the item securely and send it back within 14 days of notifying us.
- We recommend a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original, resalable condition, with all tags attached and, where possible, the original packaging. We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the item, as permitted by law.
Return Shipping Costs
For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we will cover the return postage in full.
Refunds
We will refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or from the date you provide proof that you have sent it back, whichever is sooner.
Where you cancel an entire order under your 14-day right, your refund will include the standard outbound delivery cost you paid. It will not include any return postage or the extra cost of a non-standard delivery option, in line with UK law.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and we will arrange a full refund or replacement, including any postage costs, at no charge to you. This is in addition to your 14-day right to cancel.
Private Edit Pieces
Private Edit items are covered by exactly the same statutory rights as full-price pieces. Being reduced in price does not affect your right to cancel or your protection against faulty goods.
